Fall athletic physicals will be held on June 1^st beginning at 8:00 AM.  Any student interested in playing a fall sport for Tyrone in grade 6-11 can receive their athletic physical on June 1^st in the Nurse’s Office.  Parents AND students need to create an account on planeths and have all documents completed by May 26^th.  Directions for creating an account can be found by clicking on the following link:  https://www.tyrone.k12.pa.us/domain/425 . The Athletic Office will print your section #6 and physical form and schedule a time for you to have your physical on June 1^st .  If you are going to your own doctor, you can upload your completed physical form after June 1^st.  Please remember that all athletic physicals for the 2023-2024 school year must occur after June 1^st.
