  • Winter Sports Physicals

    Winter Sports physicals will be held at 8:30 on October 20 in the HS Nurse’s suite. An account for the parent and the student must be created on the BigTeams website (instructions are on our website) prior to the date of the physical and you must bring your completed Section 6 with you as well as a blank Section 7. If you are a returning athlete from a fall sport, you will not need to get a new physical but will need to complete the Section 8 on BigTeams.

  • Golden Eagle Backpack Program

    The Golden Eagle Backpack Program is teaming up with the staff and teachers of Tyrone School District to offer a supply of nutritious meals and snacks for children in need over their weekends and extended breaks, free of charge. Bags are distributed by their teacher on the last school day before the weekend or break. Any child in need enrolled in Tyrone School District is able to receive these weekly bags of food.

  • Safe 2 Say

    Safe2Say Something is a youth violence prevention program run by the Pennsylvania Office of Attorney General. The program teaches youth and adults how to recognize warning signs and signals, especially within social media, from individuals who may be a threat to themselves or others and to “say something” BEFORE it is too late. With Safe2Say Something, it’s easy and confidential to report safety concerns to help prevent violence and tragedies.
