Mrs. Umholtz is a graduate of Tyrone High School Class of 1983.  She has a Bachelors of Science degree and a Masters of Science degree in Speech Pathology from Indiana University of PA.  She has been working in the preschool setting since 2014, but has been a Speech Therapist working with children since 1987.  She came to Tyrone School District working with Early Intervention in the Fall of 2020. 

Mrs. Umholtz lives in Tyrone with her husband, and dog, Teddy.  She has 2 children who currently live away, but she enjoys the visits that occur throughout the year.  In her spare  time, she likes to walk with her dog, read, garden, and enjoy a cup of coffee with friends.
