Mrs. Grieco has been employed by the Tyrone Area School District since 1998.  She worked for 16 years as a Special Education Teacher before changing her role to a Title 1 Reading Teacher, which is what she currently teaches.  She graduated from Indiana University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education, with a Reading Concentration and dual certification in Education of Exceptional Persons.   As part of her undergraduate studies, she completed her student teaching experience in London, England.  She also completed the Philadelphia Urban Academy Program.  She considers these both to be extremely rewarding experiences.  She received her Master of Education degree in Curriculum and Instruction from The Pennsylvania State University.
