Hello! My name is Sarah Latchford. In 2005, I graduated from Penn State University. I have a Bachelor's Degree in Special Education. I also attended Gannon University where I earned a Master's Degree in Education. I have been teaching since 2005. I came to Tyrone in 2013 where I plan to stay for a very long time!
