I graduated from Tyrone Area High School in 2008. I attended Penn State University Campus and graduated with a Bachelor of Mathematics Degree with a Teaching Certification in 2012. After graduating, I became a substitute teacher for 2 years in multiple school districts around the area. Last year, I was an AmeriCorps member serving students at risk for failure with the Algebra 1 Keystones here at Tyrone High School. This year I am a full time math teacher at the high school teaching Advanced Algebra 1, CTE Math skills, Pre-Algebra, Academic Geometry, and Algebra Applications. In my spare time, I am an assistant volleyball coach at Phillipsburg. I enjoy reading, attending Penn State events, working out, outdoor activities, and spending time with family, friends, and my black lab Bentley.
