Fall Athletics Registration Information
2026–2027
Transition from BigTeams to Arbiter Sports
The Tyrone Area School District Athletic Department has transitioned from BigTeams to Arbiter Sports for online athletic registration. Because of this system change, the registration and sports physicals process is different from previous years.
We appreciate your patience as we work through this transition and assist families with the new system.
Fall Sports Physicals
Physicals for Fall Athletics will be held on:
Wednesday, May 27, 2026
To receive a FREE school physical, completed physical PIAA Section 5&6 paperwork must be turned in to the Athletic Office no later than:
Tuesday, May 26, 2026 at 9:00 AM
Important:
- Forms submitted after 9:00 AM on May 26 WILL NOT be accepted.
- Students who cannot print forms should stop by the Athletic Office before May 26 to pick up a printed copy.
- The grade listed on all forms should reflect the student’s grade for the 2026–2027 school year.
Online Athletic Registration
All athletes must complete online registration through Arbiter Sports.

Arbiter Sports Registration Portal
When visiting the site:
- Click “Create an Account” in the upper-right corner.
- Complete the required student information.
- Upload the completed physical form once the physical has been completed.
Important Registration Information
- The registration portal is now live.
- Students receiving a school physical on May 27 will bring their completed physical form home after the appointment.
- Parents/guardians must upload the physical form themselves to finalize registration. This step is different from the previous school year
- The Athletic Office cannot upload physical forms to parent accounts.
- Registrations are considered incomplete until the physical form has been uploaded.
- Students will not be added to team rosters until registration is fully completed.
Families choosing to obtain a physical from their own physician must still upload the completed physical paperwork into Arbiter Sports.
Helpful Registration Tips
1. Grade Level
The student’s grade should reflect the 2026–2027 school year.
2. Seasons of Competition
Check all seasons in which your student participated in that sport.
3. Academic Semesters Completed
Select all semesters completed, including the first semester of the upcoming school year.
Example:
If Lucas will be a 10th grade student in Fall 2026, the following should be checked:
- 7th Grade – 1st Semester
- 7th Grade – 2nd Semester
- 8th Grade – 1st Semester
- 8th Grade – 2nd Semester
- 9th Grade – 1st Semester
- 9th Grade – 2nd Semester
- 10th Grade – 1st Semester
