Mrs. Hand is a graduate of The Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelors degree in Elementary Education and Clarion University with a Masters of Education and Early Childhood Education.  Mrs. Hand has been teaching Early Childhood Education since 2008.  She joined the Early Intervention Team at Tyrone Elementary in 2020.  

Mrs. Hand is a graduate of Tyrone Area High School and lives in Sinking Valley with her husband and their 3 children.  In her spare time, Mrs. Hand enjoys spending time with family and friends, trips to the beach, hiking, cooking, and reading. She also enjoys tending to her family's tulip farm in Sinking Valley.
