    Word search spelling activity: Hide all of your spelling words in a word search. Do not forget to fill in the empty boxes on your search with random letters to hide the words. Also, write each spelling word on the lines below so we know what words to search for!

    Silly letter spelling practice activity: Write each spelling word using silly letters.

    Sentences spelling activity: Create a fourth grade level sentence for each space provided.  Challenge yourself to use more than one spelling word in each sentence.

    Rainbow letters spelling activity: Write each spelling words using multiple colors from the rainbow for each letter.

    Pyramid words spelling activity: Create a pyramid using your spelling words by starting with the first letter in the words and then adding a letter to each row until the word is complete.

  • Picture Words

    Picture words spelling activity: Draw a picture to represent your spelling word.  Then write the word underneath your picture.

  • Consonant Vowel Color Coded Words

    CVC spelling practice activity: All vowels should be red and all consonants blue.  (If you do not have a red or blue at home, simply choose two colors you do have to practice writing your words.  Just be sure to stay consistent and make all vowels one color and all consonants another).
