After earning his Master's from the University of Pittsburgh School of Information Sciences in 1998, Mr. Grady was hired to be the  Tyrone Area Middle & High School Librarian.  In 2012, Mr. Grady  was given the opportunity to teach at the Elementary School. In addition to his elementary duties, Mr. Grady teaches a 7th grade Library Class in the Middle School.
